Books About Ireland: St. Patrick’s Day Special

Seeing as it’s St. Patrick’s Day today, I wanted to share some books set in Ireland. This post actually isn’t entirely me trying to capitalize off St. Patrick’s Day–I’m heading to Ireland to study history for a couple weeks in May, so I’m determined to do some reading on Ireland–especially historical fiction. My course focuses on rebellions and uprising, as well as the role of women in Irish history, which are two things that I love in both history and fiction.

Thus: a list was born. Some books that I’ve read, many that I want to read, and some that relate to the topic of the courses I’m doing while in Ireland, because I’m excited for my trip and the course, okay.
